Media Gallery Guide
Overview
The Media Gallery is your central hub for viewing and organizing all generated images and videos. Browse your creations, organize them into custom galleries, and share them with your team.
Accessing the Gallery
Navigation
- Go to Tools → Media Generator
- Click "Gallery" in the navigation
- Or visit:
/workspace/{slug}/tools/image-generation/gallery
View Modes
The gallery has three main view modes accessible via tabs at the top:
My Generations
- Shows only your generated content
- Groups jobs by project
- Displays all images and videos from your generation jobs
Team Generations
- Shows all team members' generated content
- Same grouping by project
- Useful for collaboration and reviewing team work
Custom Galleries
- Manually curated collections
- Select specific images/videos from any job
- Create themed collections
- Share with team members
Creating Custom Galleries
Steps
- Switch to "Custom Galleries" tab
- Click "New Gallery" button
- Enter gallery name
- Search and filter available media:
- Use search bar to find specific items - Filter by type (All, Images, Videos)
- Select items to include:
- Click items to select/deselect - Selected items show checkmark
- Click "Create Gallery"
Gallery Management
- Edit: Click gallery card, then "Edit Gallery" (for generation-based galleries)
- Delete: Hover over gallery card, click trash icon
- Share: Open gallery, click "Share" button
Gallery Grid View
Gallery Cards
Each gallery card displays:
- Preview: Thumbnail(s) of content
- Single image/video: Full preview - Multiple items: Grid of up to 4 previews
- Name: Gallery title
- Date: Creation date
- Item Count: Total images/videos
- Share Badge: Icon if gallery is shared
Actions
- Click card: Open gallery detail view
- Hover: Shows delete button (if you have permission)
- Delete: Trash icon appears on hover

- Returns to gallery grid

Gallery Info
- Gallery name
- Creation date
- Total item count
Action Buttons
- Edit Gallery: Opens project editor (for generation-based galleries)
- Share: Share gallery with team or external link
- Download All: Downloads all items as ZIP archive
Content Organization
Content is automatically organized into sections:
1. Edits Section (Amber badge)
- Image edits and modifications
- Background removals
- Restorations
- Inpainting results
2. Resizes Section (Pink badge)
- Resized images
- Different aspect ratios
- Social media formats
3. Videos Section (Blue badge)
- Generated videos
- Video sequences
- Stitched videos
4. Images Section (Green badge)
- Original generated images
- Base generation results
Viewing Items
Click any item
- to open full-screen viewer:
Image Viewer
- Full-size image display
- Zoom controls (mouse wheel or buttons)
- Drag to pan when zoomed
- Arrow keys or buttons to navigate
- Download button
- Delete button (if permitted)
- Image counter (e.g., "3 / 12")
Video Viewer
- Full-screen video playback
- Standard video controls
- Arrow keys or buttons to navigate videos
- Download button
- Delete button (if permitted)
- Video counter
Keyboard Shortcuts
- Arrow Left/Right: Navigate between items
- Escape: Close viewer
- Mouse Wheel: Zoom in/out (images)
Search and Filter
Search Bar
- Located at top of gallery grid
- Searches gallery names and descriptions
- Real-time filtering
- Works across all view modes
Filtering
In Custom Gallery Creation
- Filter by type: All, Images, Videos
- Search within available media
- Helps find specific items quickly
Sharing Galleries
Share Button
- Open gallery detail view
- Click "Share" button
- Choose sharing method:
- Team: Share within workspace - External: Generate shareable link
- Copy link or send invitation
Shared Galleries
- Show share icon badge
- Accessible to shared users
- Can be viewed by anyone with link (if external)
Downloading Content
Single Item Download
- Open item in viewer
- Click download button
- File downloads to your computer
Bulk Download
- Open gallery detail view
- Click "Download All" button
- All items packaged as ZIP
- Progress indicator shows during download
- ZIP file downloads when ready
Tips and Best Practices
Organization
- Use Custom Galleries: Group related content together
- Name Clearly: Use descriptive gallery names
- Regular Cleanup: Delete unused galleries to stay organized
Viewing
- Use Filters: Switch between view modes to find content
- Search: Use search bar for quick access
- Keyboard Navigation: Use arrow keys in viewer for faster browsing
Sharing
- Team Collaboration: Share galleries with team members
- Client Presentations: Create custom galleries for specific clients/projects
- External Links: Use external sharing for presentations outside the platform
