Overview
The Products Library is your central catalog for managing products used in AI media generation. This page allows you to create, upload, organize, and manage products that serve as references for generating images and other media content.
Accessing the Products Library
1. Navigate to Tools in the sidebar
2. Click "Media Generator"
3. Select "Your Library" or "Products"
Viewing Products
Product Grid
Products are displayed in a responsive grid:
- Desktop: 4-5 columns
- Tablet: 3 columns
- Mobile: 1-2 columns
Product Cards
Each product card shows:
Image Section
- Primary product image (if available)
- Placeholder icon if no image
- Hover effects for better visibility
Product Information
- Name: Product title (truncated if long)
- Description: Brief description (2 lines max)
- Category Badge: Product category with icon
- Date: Creation date
- URL Indicator: Globe icon if product has a URL
Actions (on hover)
- Edit: Pencil icon to edit product
- Delete: Trash icon to delete product
Create New Product Card
The first card in the grid is always the "Create New Product" card:
- Dashed border design
- Package icon
- "Add Product" text
- Click to create a new product

Accessing the Create Form
1. Click the "Create New Product" card
2. Or click "Add Product" button if available

The form is split into two sections:
Left Side: Images Section
Upload Options
Upload Button (dropdown menu):
- Upload from PC: Select files from your computer
- Upload from URL: Enter image URLs directly
Drag and Drop
- Drag image files directly onto the upload area
- Visual feedback when dragging
- Supports multiple files at once
Image Management
- Grid display of uploaded images
- Remove button (X) on hover
- Preview thumbnails
- Supports multiple images per product

Saving the Product
Action Buttons
- Cancel: Returns to library without saving
- CREATE: Saves the new product

Opening Edit Mode
1. Click Edit icon on a product card (hover to see)
2. Or click the product card itself
Edit Form
- Same form as creation
- Pre-filled with existing product data
- Existing images shown with option to remove
- Can add new images alongside existing ones
Update Actions

- Cancel: Discard changes
- DELETE: Remove product permanently
- UPDATE: Save changes
- Confirmation required for delete

Starting Bulk Import
1. Click "Import Excel products" button in toolbar
2. Import modal opens

Step 1: Upload File
Supported Formats
- CSV files (.csv)
- Excel files (.xlsx, .xls)
Upload Method
- Click upload area or drag-and-drop file
- File is parsed automatically
- Shows loading state during parsing
File Requirements
- Must have header row
- Required columns: Title, Images URL, Description
- Optional columns: Category, URL, Tags, Values, Product Type
- Multiple images: Use comma-separated URLs in Images column

Column Mapping Interface
After file upload, map your file columns to product fields:
Required Fields (marked with *)
- Title: Product name
- Images URL: Image URLs (comma-separated for multiple)
- Description: Product description
Optional Fields
- Category: Product category
- Product URL: Link to product page
- Tags: Comma-separated tags
- Values: Product traits/values
- Product Type: Type of product
Auto-Guessing
- System attempts to auto-map columns
- Looks for common column names
- You can adjust mappings manually

Progress Display
- Progress bar showing completion percentage

During Import
- Products processed sequentially
- Images downloaded from URLs
- Products created in database
- Progress updates automatically
Cancellation
- Cancel Import button available
- Only active while import is running
- Stops processing remaining items
Completion
- Modal closes automatically on success
- Products appear in library
- Refresh happens automatically
- Error summary shown if any failures
Import Best Practices
File Preparation
- Use clear column headers
- Ensure URLs are valid and accessible
- Use comma-separated values for tags/images
- Include all required fields
Image URLs
- Use direct image links (not page URLs)
- Multiple images: separate with commas
- Ensure images are publicly accessible
- Supported formats: JPG, PNG, WebP, etc.
Large Imports
- Process may take time for many products
- Don't close browser during import
- Check progress bar for status
- Can cancel and resume if needed
