Saved Items Introduction

The Saved Items page is your workspace's central hub for all files: uploaded documents, AI-generated media (images and videos), documents created from templates, and outputs from agent jobs. You can browse, search, filter, manage visibility, and organize everything in one place.

Key features

  • Four tabs — Media, Documents, Generated documents, and Job Files
  • Storage indicator — Workspace storage usage shown in the tab bar
  • Search and filters — Find files by name or metadata; filter by type, status, visibility, tags
  • Grid and list views — Switch between visual thumbnail grid and detailed list
  • Visibility controls — Private (only you) or Public (team) for media and job files
  • Pagination — Items per page (10, 25, 50, 100) with page navigation
  • Bulk delete — Select and remove multiple items at once (Documents and Job Files tabs)

Accessing Saved Items

URL:/workspace/{workspace-slug}/tools/saved-items

From the sidebar:

  1. Expand the workspace.
  2. Under Tools, click Saved Items.
  3. Use the submenu to open a specific tab: Media, Documents, or Agentic Jobs.

From the dashboard:

  1. If available, use the Manage Files or Documents quick action to jump to the Documents tab.

All tabs share a common toolbar:

Storage information

  1. Storage usage is shown in the tab bar next to the tabs.
  2. Usage updates after uploads and deletions.
  3. Each workspace has storage limits; delete unused files to free space.
